Are you bored of your regular chaat recipe? Try this refreshing and delectable corn and pomegranate chaat recipe.
Corn, boiled - 1/2 cup Orange - 1/2 Pomegranate - 1/2 Mint, chopped - 1 tbsp Capsicum, halved - 1 Tamarind extract - 2 tbsp Salt - As per taste Indian mustard sauce - 2 tsp Chaat masala - 1 tsp Boondi - a small cup Coriander, chopped - a small bunch Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp Lime juice - 1/2 tsp
Take a bowl and add boiled corn, orange, pomegranate, chopped mint, and chopped capsicum. Mix them well together.
Add tamarind extract, salt, mustard sauce, and chaat masala.
Now, add boondi, chopped coriander leaves, cumin, chili powder, and lime juice.
Mix them all well together.
Your tasty and healthy corn and pomegranate chaat is ready. Enjoy!
