Healthy Diabetic-friendly Dates Barfi Recipe

Indulging in dessert doesn’t always mean compromising on nutrition. 

If you are diabetic and still crave for something sweet, this recipe can be your go-to dessert.

Ingredients

500 gm seedless dates    200 gm pure ghee    100 gm cashews    100 gm almonds    100 gm walnuts

Roast cashews, almonds, and walnuts in pure ghee.

Finely chop the dates and roast them in pure ghee separately.

Mix all the ingredients well and let them cool down.

Set the mixture in a mold and put it in the freezer for 2 hours.

Once set, remove from the mold and cut into desired shapes and enjoy!
