2-2.5 cups of water to cook
1 tsp ghee
3 slit green chillies
1/2 tsp hung
1/2 chopped green capsicum

1 tbsp coriander leaves
1/2 tsp jaggery powder/sugar

Ingredients
Soak the millets for at least 8 hours, for better digestion and nutrients absorption.
Pressure cook for 6-7 whistles. If it still not soft enough, pressure cook it again with some more water.
Heat ghee in a kadai; add cumin seeds, hing, green chillies and bell pepper.
Once the veggies are cooked add the cooked jowar seeds, roasted peanuts, salt, jaggery and coriander leaves.
Enjoy it as a breakfast or dinner, with some protein of choice to make it a complete meal.
