Healthy Oats Payasam Recipe

Ingredients: ½ cup oats, ½ cup sugar, 2 tbsp cashew, 1 ½ cup skimmed milk, ½ cup ghee, pinch of powdered green cardamom
Roast the cashew in a little ghee in a pan. Set aside.
Roast oats with ghee in the same pan. Once golden, pour in the milk and mix.
Cook until the mixture is thick. Add cardamom powder and sugar.
Pour a little ghee into the payasam and mix well.
Garnish with cashews and serve in a bowl.
