Healthy Sauteed Veggies With Nuts Chaat Recipe For Diwali 2024

Ingredients
Almonds - 1/2 cup
Cashews - 1/2 cup
Raisins - 1/2 cup
Peanuts - 1/2 cup
Fox nuts - 1 cup
Red bell pepper - 1/2 cup
Yellow bell pepper - 1/2 cup
Brocolli - few florets
Baby corn - 4-5 diced
Peas - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Chaat masala powder - 1 tsp
Lemon juice
Oil - 1 tbsp
Soak almonds and cashews in water for 30-40 minutes and keep it aside.
Meanwhile steam brocolli florets and baby corn, and boil the peas. Also roast the peanuts and fox nuts till they are crunchy.
Heat some oil in a pan and saute the soaked almonds and cashews for 6-7 minutes. Then add bell peppers and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
Then add the steamed veggies, peanuts, fox nuts and raisins and mix well.
Switch off the flame and add salt to taste, black pepper powder and chaat masala. Top it with some lemon juice and mix well.
Your veggies dry fruit chaat is ready to be served. Enjoy!
