Healthy Sprouts And Chickpea Salad Sandwich Recipe

  1 cup sprouts, blanched   1 cup chickpeas, boiled   3 tbsp Greek yogurt   1 tbsp tomato sauce   1 tbsp dijon mustard   Salt, to taste   Pepper, to taste

Ingredients for the sprouts stuffing

   Carrot, thinly sliced    Cucumber, thinly sliced    Bell pepper, thinly sliced    Onion, thinly sliced    Salt, to taste    Pepper, to taste   Juice from 1 small lemon   Other ingredients   Bread of your choice   Lettuce, as required   Olive oil, to toast the sandwich

Ingredients for the salad

Add blanched sprouts, chickpeas and mash it well.

Add the other ingredients to the sprouts-chickpea mash and mix well. Keep aside.

For the salad, add all the mentioned ingredients and mix well.

Take a bread, top with lettuce and top with sprouts stuffing. Add the salad and top with another bread.

Toast it well and enjoy.
