Once it starts crackling, add cumin seeds and saute them together.
Next, add some green chillies, garlic cloves, curry leaves and hing.
Then mix some crushed onion and saute it well for some time.
To get the spicy and sweet flavour, add grated coconut and chilli flakes.
Add all chopped vegetables of your choice to the mix.
Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt as required.
Cover the pan and cook until the vegetables are properly cooked.
Serve the delicious Thoran with steamed rice or hot chapatis.
