Men more prone to high blood pressure: 10 tips to lower hypertension

The number of people suffering from high blood pressure (BP) in India dropped to 23% from 24% in 2022, with 48% senior citizens suffering from BP, revealed GOQii India Fit Report 2024.

The report highlighted that men are more prone to high blood pressure with 26% men suffering high BP compared to women at 20%. Let’s take a look at some tips highlighted in the report to lower high BP:
