High Protein Masala Egg Bhurji Recipe

Ingredients: 3 eggs, 1 chilli chopped, 1 tomato chopped, 1 onion chopped, coriander leaves chopped
Ingredients: 2 tbsp refined oil, 1 tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp red chilli powder, salt to taste
Heat oil in a pan. Add in onion, tomatoes, chillies.
Saute well. Break eggs in the pan.
Keep mixing the eggs in the pan on medium heat and scramble it.
Serve hot with toasted bread.
