High-Protein Roti Recipe

1 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup soy flour, 1/4 cup chickpea flour, 1/4 cup protein powder (unflavored), 1/2 tsp salt, Water as needed
Combine whole wheat flour, soy flour, chickpea flour, protein powder, and salt in a bowl.
Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
Divide dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle.
Cook on a hot griddle until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot.
