High Protein Soya Keema Recipe

Soak 1 cup soya granules in warm water for 10 minutes. Strain and squeeze the excess water.

Take oil in a kadhai and saute ½ tsp cumin.

Add ¼ cup chopped onions in the same kadhai and cook until golden.

Add in ½ tsp ginger garlic paste and cook the mixture.

Once cooked, add in 1 chopped tomato, ½ cup peas, and soya granules.

Add salt, turmeric, chilli powder, and ½ tsp garam masala. Cook for 2-4 minutes.

Reduce the flame and cover the kadhai. Cook until the raw smell of soya granules is gone.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with rotis.
