High-protein Spinach Pesto Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

100 gm tofu 1-2 handful basil leaves 1 bunch spinach balanced 7-8 walnut halfs 4-5 garlic cloves 1 tbsp olive oil Juice of 1 lemon Salt as per taste Pasta, as needed

Start by cooking pasta until al dente.

Make the sauce by blending the ingredients mentioned.

Next, heat oil in a pan and add 1/2 cup chopped cherry tomatoes.

Cook on high heat until it caramalises.

Add the pasta sauce with some water (as per your required sauce consistency).

Simmer for 5 minutes and then add the cooked pasta. Mix well.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped walnuts and chilli flakes.
