High-Protein Sprouts Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup mixed sprouts, 1/2 cup cucumber, 1/2 cup tomatoes, 1/4 cup carrot, 1/4 cup onion, 1/4 cup boiled corn
1/4 cup chopped bell peppers, 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, Salt, Pepper
In a large bowl, combine mixed sprouts, cucumber, tomatoes, carrot, onion, corn, and bell peppers.
Add chopped coriander, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss well to mix all ingredients.
Serve immediately.
