High Protein Tasty Paneer Bhurji Recipe

Crumble 250 grams of paneer and set aside.

Finely chop 2 green chilli, coriander leaves, 2 onion, 1 tomato, and ginger.

Heat oil in a pan and add ½ tsp cumin seeds, chopped ginger, and green chilli.

Saute chopped onions and add ½ tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, and 1 tsp red chilli powder.

Add tomatoes and cook. Add in the crumbled paneer and mix well.

Add ½ tsp kasoori methi. Garnish with coriander leaves.
