High Protein Vegetable Daliya Recipe

Ingredients

 1 tsp desi ghee    30 gm finely chopped onions    40 gm peas    50 gm carrots    1/4 cup daliya (broken wheat)    1/2 cup + 1/8 cup water    Salt as taste    120 gm tofu    Marination for tofu - 1/2 tsp oil + garlic powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder & salt    5g peanuts

In a pressure cooker, add ghee, onions, sauté for few minutes.

Then add the veggies and cook for 5-7 minutes. Then add salt to taste, 1 green chilli and mix well.

Next, add the daliya, cook for 5 more minutes and then add water.

Pressure cooker for 2-3 whistles and let it depressurize naturally.

Prepare marination for tofu; add the tofu cubes in it and then pan roast from both sides or all. You can also air fry at 375 F for 10 minutes.

Add the tofu and peanuts on top of the daliya.

Squeeze some lime juice and enjoy this delicious high-protein breakfast.
