Highlights from SC verdict on abrogation of Article 370

SC upholds abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir as constitutionally valid.

The apex court holds that the Constitution of India is fully applicable to J&K.

It directs the elections to be held in union territory of J&K by September 30, 2024.

SC directs the restoration of statehood at the earliest.

A Truth and Reconciliation Commission is recommended by the Supreme Court.
