Coriander, known as dhaniya, is packed with flavour and brings freshness to dishes in various forms. Here are some easy ways to include it in your diet beyond chutney.

Coriander-infused Rice

Chop a handful of fresh coriander leaves and add them to your rice cooker along with the rice and water before cooking. You can pair it with gravies or just enjoy it with raita and pickles.

Coriander Parathas

Prepare the dough of your parathas using whole wheat flour, water, salt, and a generous amount of finely chopped coriander leaves.

Coriander Dal

Add a generous amount of coriander to dal and enjoy it with rotis or rice.

Coriander Chaat

Prepare tasty coriander fritters or pakoras with besan and spices and top them with yoghurt, green chillies, tamarind chutney, and sev puri.

Coriander Juice

Take a blender jar and add chopped coriander, lemon juice, ginger, cucumber, and a pinch of salt along with 200ml of water. Blend the ingredients on high speed for 3-4 minutes. Add some ice cubes and enjoy.
