Mango Pudding
At Home?
Mango pudding is a refreshing dessert and can be easily made at home. Here's an easy recipe to make mango pudding at home with 4 ingredients.
Digestive biscuits 1.5 cup Melted butter 1/4 cup Mango pulp 2 cup Vanilla ice cream 1 cup
Ingredients
Crush some digestive biscuits in a bowl until they turn into fine crumbs. Add the melted butter to it and combine well.
Step 1
Transfer this biscuit mixture to a glass dish and press it down evenly using the back of a spoon.
Step 2
Place it in the freezer for a few minutes to set.
Step 3
In the meantime, make a puree of mangoes using a processor. Add it to a bowl of melted vanilla ice cream and mix well.
Step 4
Arrange a layer of fresh mango slices on top of the biscuit layer and pour the prepared puree over it.
Step 5
Garnish it with crushed biscuits and mango slices. Allow it to sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 hours.
Step 6
Once done, serve chilled and enjoy
