Gather yogurt, water, sugar, and any flavorings like cardamom or rose water.

In a blender, combine yogurt, water, and sugar. Blend until smooth.

Add a pinch of cardamom powder or a splash of rose water for extra flavour.

Add more water for a thinner consistency or more yogurt for a thicker lassi.

For a savoury version, skip the sugar and add salt, cumin powder, and mint leaves.

Try different flavours like mango, strawberry, or saffron lassi by adding fruit puree or saffron strands.

Pour the lassi into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of cardamom powder or chopped nuts.
