How To Make  Cajun-style Potatoes At Home

Wash 450 gms baby potatoes but do not remove the peels.

Pressure cook potatoes with water and a pinch of salt for 2 minutes.

Transfer the potatoes to a bowl and mash them lightly.

In a separate bowl, mix cornflour with water to create a smooth paste.

Dip potatoes in paste and place it on a baking sheet atop a tray.

Brush olive oil on potatoes, then bake for 20-25 minutes.

Ensure to flip them until they are golden brown and crispy.

For Cajun dressing, mix paprika with mayonnaise, red chilli flakes, pepper oregano and salt in a bowl.

Add garlic and onion powder, whisk all ingredients together and add some milk.

Place crispy potatoes on a plate and pour Cajun dressing on top. Serve it hot!
