Ingredients: 1 cup butter, softened 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons chai spice blend (cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cloves) 1/2 teaspoon baking powder A pinch of salt
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
