How To Make Homemade Grilled Sandwich?

A homemade veg grilled sandwich is easy to make for breakfast. You can also give it to your kids for lunch. Here's a look at a quick and easy recipe for it.

Ingredients

Onion 1 Boiled potato 1 Capsicum 1/2 Cucumber 1 Carrot (grated) 1 Paneer (grated) 100 gm Cheese slices 4 Mayonnaise 3 tbsp Salt (according to the taste) Black pepper powder 2 tsp Tomato sauce (as required)

Step 1

Cut cucumber, onion, and capsicum into thin slices.

Step 2

Mix grated carrot and paneer. Add in mayonnaise.

Step 3

Smear 4 bread slices with some tomato sauce. Sprinkle salt and pepper.

Step 4

Place the veggies on all of them.

Step 5

Top it with grated veggie mix.

Step 6

Place cheese slice. Cover with another slice and grill with butter.
