Ragi laddoo is delicious and packed with a lot of healthy nutrients.
Ragi is rich in calcium, iron, and dietary fibre and is gluten-free.
Ingredients
200 gms of ragi flour 200 ml of ghee 200 gms of jaggery 50 gms of toasted sesame seeds and 50 gms of toasted peanuts 50 gms of flax seeds 10 gms of green cardamom powder 10 gms of fennel seeds
Take a pan, dry roast the ragi flour on a medium flame for 5 minutes and keep stirring the flour to avoid burning.
Take another pan and heat the ghee on a medium flame. Once hot, add all your nuts and seeds, and saute for a few minutes until it turns golden brown.
Add the jaggery to the pan with nuts and seeds and stir it until the jaggery is melted and well combined.
Then add roasted ragi flour and cardamon powder to the pan.
Let the mixture cool down, once it is cooled take a small portion and start making the laddoos.
Once made, garnish it with coconut powder.
Enjoy your laddoo with a glass of milk or eat it like that only.
