Mix 2 cups of maida, 2 tbsp semolina, and 1/4 tsp salt in a large bowl.
Then, add 4 tbsp curd and 1 tbsp oil or ghee. Mix it well.
Add 1 tsp ENO or 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/8 tsp baking salt.
Prepare a dough by slowly adding half a cup of warm water.
Avoid adding too much water at once.
Knead the dough until it becomes soft.
Cover the dough and keep it aside for 3 hours.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll it in a round shape.
Now, fry it in hot oil.
Serve hot with chole and tamrid chutney.
