How to Make Spicy Garlic Chutney?
A fan of all things spicy? This recipe is for you.
Take about 12 to 14 Kashmiri red chillies, remove the crowns and tear them.
De-seed and soak the red chillies in hot water for 30 minutes.
Strain and transfer soaked red chillies to a jar and blend.
Now, add peeled garlic cloves to the jar, salt and blend again.
Add water and grind it to a fine and smooth consistency.
Transfer the garlic chutney to a bowl or airtight container.
Note: you must consume it within a week.
Spread it over chapati before serving.
