Vanilla is one of the most popular ice cream flavours, and is very easy to prepare at home.
Cook the milk and cream on medium heat.
Add sugar in the mixture and cook until the sugar has dissolved.
Transfer the mixture to a different vessel, then add the vanilla extract.
Pour the mix into an ice cream maker/blender and churn it.
You can serve immediately or keep it in the freezer before serving.
If you are fond of nuts, raisins or dried berries, you can add them to this recipe to make it more tasty.
