How To Prepare  3-Ingredient Idlis At Home?

Mix 1 cup of idli rice and 1/2 cup of urad dal in water, soak for 4-6 hours.

Grind soaked mixture into a smooth batter, add salt.

Ferment batter overnight, pour into idli molds.

Steam for 10-12 minutes until idlis are cooked.

Enjoy soft and fluffy 3-ingredient idlis!
