How To Prepare Adrak Ka Kadha For Cold At Home?

Ingredients:
Take fresh ginger (adrak) and water.
Peel and Slice:
Peel and slice a piece of ginger (about 1 inch).
Add Ginger:
Add the ginger slices to the boiling water.
Simmer:
Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
Strain:
Strain the kadha to remove ginger pieces.
Add Honey:
Add honey and a squeeze of lemon for flavor.
Consume Warm:
Drink this kadha while it's warm.
Frequency:
Consume 2-3 times a day for relief from cold and cough.
Optional:
You can add tulsi leaves or a pinch of turmeric for added benefits.
