How To Prepare Almond Milk At Home?

Ingredients:
– Almonds (1 cup)
– Water (2 cups)
– Sweetener (optional, like honey or maple syrup)
Soak almonds in water overnight or for at least 12 hours.
Drain and rinse soaked almonds, then blend with 2 cups of water until smooth.
Strain the almond mixture using a nut milk bag or cheesecloth.
Add sweetener to taste, if desired, and blend again.
Pour the almond milk into a container and refrigerate.
Shake well before use and enjoy homemade almond milk in coffee, cereal, or on its own.
