How To Prepare Dhaba Style Aloo Paneer Masala Curry

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.

Add diced potatoes and cook until golden brown and partially cooked.

Add chopped onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies, sauté until onions turn translucent.

 Mix in diced paneer (cottage cheese) and cook for a few minutes.

Add turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt to taste.

Stir well to coat the potatoes and paneer with the spices.

Pour in a little water, cover, and simmer until potatoes are fully cooked and flavors blend.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
