How To Prepare Dum Aloo At Home?

Gather baby potatoes, yogurt, spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala), ginger, garlic, tomatoes, and oil.

Boil baby potatoes until they are fork-tender.

Blend yogurt, ginger, garlic, and spices to make a smooth masala.

Sauté chopped tomatoes in oil, add the masala paste, and cook until the oil separates.

Add boiled potatoes to the masala, coating them well

Cook on low heat, covered, allowing flavors to meld for 15-20 minutes.

Garnish with cilantro, and serve your delicious Dum Aloo with naan or rice.
