Combine 2 cups rolled oats with 1/2 cup nuts and 1/2 cup seeds in a bowl.

Add 1/2 cup dried fruits and 1/4 cup shredded coconut.

Mix in 1-2 tablespoons of sweetener like maple syrup or agave.

Pour 1 cup of plant-based milk or yogurt over the mixture.

Stir well and let it sit in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.

Before serving, add fresh fruits and a drizzle of more sweetener if desired.
