How To Prepare Sattu Sherbet At Home

Mix Sattu
: In a bowl, mix 4 tbsp sattu (roasted gram flour) with a little water to make a smooth paste.
Add Water
: Pour 2 cups of cold water into the paste and stir well.
Sweeten
: Add 2-3 tbsp jaggery or sugar and stir until it dissolves.
Flavor
: Add a pinch of salt, a squeeze of lemon juice, and a pinch of roasted cumin powder.
Mix Well
: Stir everything thoroughly until well combined.
Serve
: Pour into glasses and serve chilled, garnished with mint leaves if desired.
