How To Prepare Vegan Brownies At Home?

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

Add 1/2 cup vegetable oil and 1 tsp vanilla extract, mix well.

Gradually add 1/4 cup non-dairy milk until batter forms.

Fold in 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips or nuts.

Pour batter into a greased baking pan.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool before cutting into squares. Enjoy your vegan brownies!
