Visit UIDAI Website
Go to the official UIDAI website to begin the Aadhaar update process and access all necessary information and tools.

Log in to Self-Service Update Portal (SSUP)
Enter your Aadhaar number, complete the captcha, and verify your identity with an OTP sent to your registered mobile number to log in.

Select Update Option
Choose the option to update your address either through address proof or validation letter, as other details cannot currently be updated online.

Enter New Address
Fill in your new address details accurately according to the address proof document you are submitting.

Upload Documents
Upload clear, scanned copies of the required address proof documents to support your address update request.

Submit Request
Carefully review all entered information and submit your update request online through the SSUP portal.

Receive URN
After submitting your request, receive a URN (Update Request Number) to track the status of your update on the UIDAI website.

Locate an Aadhaar Center
Use the "Locate an Enrolment Center" tool on the UIDAI website to find the nearest Aadhaar Seva Kendra or authorized center for other updates.

Visit the Center
Go to the identified Aadhaar Seva Kendra with the necessary original documents and photocopies to fill out and submit the update form.

Biometric Verification
Provide your biometric data (fingerprints, iris scan) for verification. Receive an acknowledgment slip with a URN for tracking your update status.
