Hyderabadi green chicken is a popular recipe that is made during weddings and other special occasions. Here's a step-by-step guide to cook Hyderabadi green chicken at home.

Chicken pieces - 6 Coriander leaves - 1 cup Mint leaves - 1 cup Fenugreek seeds - 1 tbsp Green chillies - 4 Cashews - 5 Oil - 1/2 cup Bay leaf - 1 Cardamom - 1 Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp Garam masala - 1 tsp Red chilli powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp

Step 1

Blend coriander leaves, mint leaves, fenugreek seeds, and some green chillies in a blender.

Now, marinate chicken pieces with this green paste.

Take a pan, add some oil, bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and garlic and mix.

Add chopped onions to it. When the onions are done, then add the marinated chicken.

Add garam masala, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, and pepper. Combine it with some water and let it come to a boil.
