Immunity-boosting Turmeric Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups coconut milk    6 tbsp chia seeds    1 tsp vanilla extract    ½ tsp cinnamon powder    1 banana    ½ tsp turmeric powder    Pinch of black pepper powder    ¼ tsp cardamom powder    ¼ tsp ginger powder/saunth    2 tbsp honey/maple syrup    1 tbsp almond butter    Seed mix    Strawberries and blueberries to garnish

Grind turmeric in a mortal and pestle until powder forms.

Mash one banana to the turmeric powder mix.

Place all the other ingredients in a mason jar with the lid on.

Shake it vigorously until no clumps are formed.

Let it sit for 5 minutes, then give it another good shake.

Place in the fridge overnight (or for atleast a few hours) until it has medium consistency.

Top it with fresh berries and the seed mix.
