IND-W vs SA-W, 3rd ODI: Smriti Mandhana's 90 Clinch 3-0 Series Win for India Against South Africa

India beat South Africa by 6 wickets, chasing down the target in 40.5 overs, claiming a 3-0 ODI series victory.

Batting first, skipper Laura Wolvaardt opened well for SA by hitting 61 runs at Bengaluru's M Chinnaswamy Stadium.

Her opening partner Tazmin Brits chipped in 38 runs. Both Laura and Tazmin fell in consecutive overs. South Africa was 104/2 (20.6) then.

After that wickets kept falling at regular intervals as none of the batters could cross the 30-run mark.

Deepti Sharma and Arundhati Reddy picked up two wickets each in 10 overs, restricting SA to 215/8.

In India's run chase, Smriti Mandhana smashed 90 runs and her opening partner Shafali Verma added 25.

Skipper Harmanpreet's unbeaten 42 and Jemimah's unbeaten 19 clinched victory for India with 56 balls remaining.
