Indian Fish Fry Recipe

Ingredients:
Fish fillets, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, salt, lemon juice, gram flour (besan), rice flour, oil for frying.
Marinate:
Rub fish with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, salt, and lemon juice. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
Coating:
Mix gram flour and rice flour with a pinch of salt. Coat the marinated fish evenly.
Frying:
Heat oil in a pan. Fry the fish until golden brown on both sides.
Serve:
Drain excess oil and serve hot with lemon wedges and mint chutney. Enjoy your crispy Indian fish fry!
