He will compete in the IPL 2025 opener on March 22 in Kolkata.
The fixture will see Royal Challengers Bengaluru take on defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders.
Kohli has played 399 T20 games since making his debut in 2007.
In the 18-year period, the former India skipper scored 12,886 runs.
Kohli smashed 9 centuries in T20 cricket with a career-high score of an unbeaten 122.
India captain Rohit Sharma currently leads the list with 448 T20 appearances.
The former Mumbai Indians skipper has scored 11,830 runs at an average of 30.88.
In 2nd place, we have wicketkeeper batter Dinesh Karthik with 412 appearances.
Karthik has smashed 7537 runs since making his T20 debut in 2006.
