Indian Shrimp Curry Recipe

Marinate Shrimp: Marinate shrimp with turmeric, salt, and lemon juice for 15 minutes.

Sauté Onions: Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until golden brown.

Add Spices: Add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, and spices (coriander, cumin, turmeric, and red chili powder).

Cook Paste: Cook the mixture until the oil separates and the paste thickens.

Add Shrimp: Add marinated shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink.

Add Coconut Milk: Pour in coconut milk and simmer for a few minutes.

Garnish: Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
