Indian Style Jeera Aloo Recipe

Potatoes (4, boiled and cubed), cumin seeds (2 tsp), green chilies (2, chopped), ginger (1-inch, grated), turmeric powder (1/2 tsp)

Red chili powder (1 tsp), coriander powder (1 tsp), garam masala (1/2 tsp), lemon juice (1 tbsp), fresh coriander leaves, salt, and oil

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds; let them splutter. Add chopped green chilies and grated ginger; sauté for a minute.

Cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add garam masala and lemon juice; mix well.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with roti or rice.
