Coconut barfi is an easy-to-make, quick, and delightful dessert to celebrate any occasion. Here's a guide on how you can make instant coconut barfi at home.
Ingredients Desiccated Coconut - 1 bowl Khoya - 1 cup Sugar - 2 cups Ghee - 1/2 cup Water - To make syrup Cardamom powder - a pinch
Step 1 Boil sugar in water and form syrup.
Step 2 Add desiccated coconut to it and mix thoroughly. Add ghee and khoya and mix. Keep stirring continuously to avoid lump.
Step 3 Add cardamom and give it a final mix. Transfer it to a plate greased with some ghee.
Step 4 Even it out and let it rest for a while. Apply some ghee on the top.
Step 5 Now, cut into barfi shapes and serve.
