Hardik Pandya paid a visit to the Somnath Temple in Veraval, Gujarat on April 5.
As per beliefs, the temple is the first among the twelve Jyotirlinga shrines of Lord Shiva.
Devotees in large numbers offer prayers daily and seek blessings.
Pandya returned to Mumbai Indians ahead of IPL 2024 as new captain.
He previously represented the Maharashtra-based unit from 2015 to 2021.
Pandya then left for Gujarat Titans, leading them to 2 finals and 1 trophy in 2022-23.
But, his return to Mumbai Indians has endured a poor start.
Mumbai conceded a loss against Gujarat Titans in their first game.
MI were also handed defeats by Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals.
Pandya will now eye to take down the Rishabh Pant-led Delhi Capitals next.
Delhi are also having a poor run with just one win in four games.
The two sides will clash at the Wankhede Stadium on April 7.
