Jagmohan Dalmiya

A former BCCI president, Dalmiya was the first Indian to become ICC chairman. He brought in key changes in the game.

He played a key role in increasing revenue generation and introducing innovative ideas to reform the sport.

Sharad Pawar

A veteran politician and former BCCI president (2005-2008), he took over as ICC chairman after two years.

(2010-2012)

Pawar focused on the introduction of new formats of cricket, improving its infrastructure, and expanding its reach.

N. Srinivasan

He became the first Indian to take office as the ICC chairman after restructuring of the ICC's governance model.

(2014-2015)

Srinivasan's tenure was however cut short due to controversies surrounding the IPL spot-fixing scandal.

Shashank Manohar

He became the first independent ICC chairman, serving two terms in the role. He introduced several reforms in cricket.

(2016-2020)

He restructured ICC's financial model. He improved transparency in international cricket, reducing corruption

Jay Shah

BCCI secretary Jay Shah is set to succeed Greg Barclay as the new International Cricket Council chairman.

At 35, Shah will be the youngest ever to head the ICC. He will take over Barclay's role in November.
