The Congress on Tuesday released its manifesto for the May 10 Assembly elections.
In the manifesto released by Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, the party reiterated its five guarantees: Gruha Jyothi, Gruha Lakshmi, Anna Bhagya, Yuva Nidhi and Shakti.
The Congress in the manifesto promised to "repeal all unjust laws and anti-people laws passed by the BJP government within one year of coming to power."
Gruha Jyothi - 200 units of free electricity every month to households.

Yuva Nidhi - Rs 3,000 per month for every unemployed graduate and Rs 1500/month for every unemployed diploma holder.

Shakti - Free bus travel for every woman across the state.

The party promises to increase the per-litre milk subsidy from Rs 5 to Rs 7 under Ksheeradhare scheme.
It aims to increase in the amount of interest free loans from Rs. 3 lakh to Rs. 10 lakh for farmers.
Filling up of 2.5 lakh vacant posts in the government within a year.
Regularisation of 25,000 civic workers.
Insurance of Rs 10 lakh to each civic worker.
Increase in the total reservation to 75% and increase in the reservation of eligible communities.
Gig Workers' Welfare Board with allotment of Rs 3,000 crore.
