Keema Aloo Recipe

Ground meat (500g), potatoes (2), onions (2), tomatoes (2), green chilies (2), ginger-garlic paste (1 tbsp), cumin seeds (1 tsp)
Turmeric powder (1/2 tsp), red chili powder (1 tsp), coriander powder (1 tsp), garam masala (1 tsp), fresh coriander leaves, salt, oil (3 tbsp), and water.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds; let them splutter. Add chopped onions; sauté until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste; cook for a minute. Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies; cook until tomatoes are soft.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder; mix well. Add ground meat; cook until it changes color.
Add potato cubes and salt; mix well. Add water as needed; cover and cook until potatoes are tender. Add garam masala; mix well.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice or roti.
