Shooting sensation Manu Bhaker made it to the final of the women’s 25m pistol event, raising hopes of an unprecedented third medal in the Paris Olympics
India also bounced back from their 0-1 loss against Belgium in men’s hockey with a historic 3-2 win against Australia, the first time they defeated the Kookaburras in the Olympics since Munich 1972!
Dhiraj Bommadevara and Ankita Bhakat became the first Indians to reach the semi-finals of the Olympic archery competition in any category, and nearly collected a historic medal in the process
