Khoya Nariyal Barfi Recipe In 30 Minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup khoya, 1 cup grated coconut, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tbsp ghee, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder, chopped nuts
Heat:
Ghee in a pan over medium flame.
Add:
Khoya; cook until it starts to melt.
Mix:
In grated coconut and sugar; cook until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the pan.
Add:
Cardamom powder; stir well.
Transfer:
Mixture to a greased plate; flatten with a spatula.
Garnish:
With chopped nuts while still warm.
Cool:
For 10 minutes, then cut into pieces.
