South Indian Lasooni Murgh Recipe

Ingredients: Chicken, garlic, yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, lemon juice, coriander powder,
Ingredients: cumin powder, ginger-garlic paste, oil, salt, and fresh coriander.
Marinate chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, red chili powder, turmeric, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste, and sauté. Add marinated chicken and cook on medium heat.
Add cumin powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Stir and cook until chicken is tender
Add finely chopped garlic and sauté until aromatic. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
